I dont know if that is the title of this poem, but this is the poem that accompanied the photo:

Love hurts, love scars, love wounds and most
Any heart not tough or strong enough
To take a lot of pain,

Love is like a cloud, it holds a lot of rain

Some fools
think of happiness, blissfulness, togetherness
