I didn't make it to the pool at all this season, or into any of the more popular beaches. In all honosty I haven't had the same enthusiasm that I once had about getting in the water, or laying on a beach all day when it gets hot...could that be maturity??? Hope not; wouldn't want that to happen.

But on a hot day like today, doesn't this shot just make you want to go to the closest beach and dive in head first without sticking your hand in to see what the temperature feels like? There's nothing like getting wet when it's hot out, it is the universal "cure-all". Even if you are only getting sprayed by the hose in your back yard. There's just something so soothing about the water...It's that universal connection.
